Preparing for Admission

Preparing for admission at BNB means understanding what’s expected — and organizing early to meet it. Returning students should be ready with a current report card, a 3x4 photo, and updated guardian details if needed. A minimum of September’s fee and the registration fee is also required at the time of application.

New students will need to provide additional documentation such as a transcript, school leaving certificate, two recent student photos, one parent photo, and a completed registration form. Timely submission ensures a smoother placement process.

Entrance exams are required for all grade levels. A passing bare minimum score of 50% or more on the academic evaluation is needed, along with meeting our readiness standards. Results will be announced during the registration season, with adjustments made each academic year.

🆕 New Students

  1. Fill out a complete registration form with accurate details.
  2. Provide 3 recent passport-size photos of the student and 1 photo of the parent/guardian.
  3. Submit a transcript or recent report card from the previous school.
  4. Submit a school leaving certificate or transfer letter.
  5. Provide an official birth certificate or identification card.
  6. Take the school’s entrance exam and score 50% or above to be considered for placement.
  7. Pay the registration fee and at least the first month’s tuition.
  8. Agree to the school’s behavioral and academic expectations.

🔁 Returning Students

  1. Present their most recent report card.
  2. Submit 1 updated 3x4 photo of the student if needed.
  3. Update parent or guardian information, if there are changes.
  4. Pay the registration fee and at least the fee for the month of September to reserve their spot.
  5. Participate in orientation and be ready for term assessments.
  6. Maintain academic and behavioral standing to continue enrollment.

Final acceptance is subject to availability of space and review by school leadership. BNB Learning Centre reserves the right to place students based on readiness, prior records, and fit within the school's values.
